Q: How long will it take to receive my Gift Card?

A: Once your purchase of a Gift Card is complete you will receive an email from KiniCatShop; the email will show the amount of the gift card and also a code that you will enter at the checkout.

 

Q: Am I able to add additional items to an order that is already paid for?

A: For the fastest delivery possible, each order is processed as soon as the payment is accepted; with this in mind, additions cannot be made to an order that is already paid for because it's already in the fulfillment process.

 

Q: Do orders ever arrive earlier than the timeframe mentioned on the product page?

A:  Yes, orders often arrive earlier than what is estimated on the product page.  We strive to be accurate with delivery times, but shipping is out of our hands and so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time - and sometimes that means getting your order sooner rather than later. 

 

Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?

A: We ship items out as soon as they are ready to go.  Sometimes this results in items being shipped out separately.  Be assured that your remaining items in the order are due to arrive within the time specified on the product page.

 

Q: What should I do if my order gets lost or damaged in transit?

A: If you haven’t received your order or notice an issue with a product, contact us at kinicatshop@gmail.com and we’ll get it resolved immediately. 

  

Q: Can I get a refund for my order?

A:  A refund will be issued if a product is incorrect or damaged.  Simply contact us at kinicatshop@gmail.com explaining the issue that you’re experiencing, and we will handle it right away.  For more information, you can also read our Refund Policy to answer other questions you might have about refunds.
