Shipping policy

We ship out all of our orders with the fastest shipping method available.  On average shipping ranges from 7-23 business days.  As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods.

The estimated shipping time excludes any processing/handling times.  If a product has processing/handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

Currently we are recommending that you place orders prior to December 1st if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

It's important to consider the estimated shipping times before purchasing to make sure that it works for you.  Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and they are subject to variables in delivery times.  Also note that we no longer have control over the package once it is shipped out, and so we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.  Thank you!
